Our Mission Statement: Berks Women in Crisis provides a safe haven and on-going support system for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Our advocacy and education programs increase awareness and promote the prevention of domestic violence, sexual assault, and all oppressions.

 Residential Services

  • Bridge Housing (1 to 3 Months)
  • Safe Transitional Housing (3 Months to 2 Years)
  • Permanent Housing Placement (2 Years +)

Legal Services

  • Protection From Abuse Advocacy & Legal Representation
  • Accompaniment to Criminal Hearings and/or Trials
  • Legal Referrals

Education & Community Outreach

  • Systems
  • Youth (pre-K through 17 years of age)
  • Awareness Events & Projects
  • Systems AdvocacyAdvancement of best practices and a victim-centered response to DV/SA
